Our Team will send you two separate billings for your order.
The First bill comprises the Product Price and our Service Fee (5%). This is to fund us to buy the product.
Our service fee (5%) is based on Product Price only.
The Second bill is for domestic and international shipping fees.
Local shipping is based on seller’s price, to deliver products to our Warehouse in China.
Volumetric Weight / Dimensional Weight
The cost of a shipment can be affected by the amount of space that it occupies on an aircraft, rather than the actual weight. This is the volumetric or dimensional weight.
Dimensional Weight is computed as Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) / 5000.
This applies with most express couriers, like DHL which uses the greater of the actual or dimensional weight. Whereas, EMS shipments only use actual weight to calculate shipping cost.
Special or Sensitive Items
Our international shipping price is applied in general situations. If you buy special or sensitive items, the price list in the above table will no longer apply. Please contact us for more information.
What if my Country of Destination is not listed above?
You can shop anywhere in the world with our recommended shipping methods, e.g. SF Express, DHL, EMS and FedEx. Please contact us if your country is not in the list to quote the price.
Can I choose other Shipping Method not listed above?
We choose SF Express, DHL, EMS, and FedEx because of their fast & quality service. They also offer discounts so you can benefit from lower shipping cost.
If you have preference in another shipping method, please let us know so we can make special arrangement for you.
Can I get compensation for missing items, damaged and lost parcel?
Generally speaking, yes. We can help you obtain compensation for missing and damaged items which happened during shipping transit time, provided that you have opened and checked the parcel in front of the postman, have him/her signed your documents with remarks, and you have taken photos of it as proof. However, please be informed that there will be no compensation if parcel is shipped via economy shipping lines or slow post mail service like ePacket, Holland Post, and China Post.
